Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, shipping delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Velvet Luxe Lab is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for delivery issues or claims

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at Velvet Luxe Lab's discretion.
